Estonian state-owned port operator company AS Tallinna Sadam (Port of Tallinn) announced that the ports it manages serviced 584,868 passengers in February 2015, which is by 1.1% less than in the same period last year.
In the first two months of this year, the total passenger number exceeded 1.103 million people.
Traditionally, in February, the Tallinn-Helsinki route had the biggest amount of passengers, 518,150; on Tallinn-Stockholm route travelled 58,762 people and on the Tallinn-St Petersburg route 3,890 people.
In February, Tallink serviced 62%, Viking Line 20%, Eckerö Line 16% and St Peterline 1% of the passengers.
In February, passenger ships visited ports of Tallinna Sadam 384 times.
